I wish there was another movie that could be a tribute to Ellen Corby, Ralph Waite, and Will Geer. What do you think.

Can you please put more full episodes of this series on YouTube for me.

I’m new to this fandom.
I missed out as a kid. I didn't watch the Waltons as a child. I was a Little House girl, and even most of those I saw in syndication, not in prime time. In any event, I had a major surgery several years ago now, and during my recovery, I watched (most of) the Waltons episodes in Hallmark syndication, several episodes in a row, and then my beloved Little House would come on later in the day. So, I fell in it, wanting to know more about the series, the characters, actors, creator. I tend to geek out like that when I commit. And let's face it, a lot of the acting in the 1970s was not stellar on many shows; main characters and actors were typically better. Continuity was an issue; timelines in the ways of seasons or holidays, sometimes years, if you watch a lot of the old series in chronological order. Add to that how much is cut from any syndicated show. Commercial breaks were exponentially shorter back then, so many of the old shows are missing a boatload of content.
But all that aside, it really, truly is quite annoying in the Walton TV Movies. I just watched the one that took place in 1963/64, along with the rest that Hallmark was recently running. Now I was a good math student, 100 years ago when I was in school. I just don't get it: even young Elizabeth would have been **37** in 1964!!! Which would have put John-Boy close to his 50s, if he was indeed born in 1916. Ben's daughter & son are not even there, they tell you Virginia died, but not how. And where's his son? Charles should have been college aged, or close to it. The math is just not working for me. they never should have bounced to JFK's assassination. Or in the next movie, taking place in 1970, to the Moon Landing! That's just crazy talk. Some of the Walton "kids" would have been old enough to be grandparents, in their own right. And others likely too old to start having children themselves (Elizabeth would have been in her early 40s). Especially for a show that announces its year, if not specific date at the beginning of so many of its episodes. I have read somewhere out there, that many of the actors themselves protested, but filmmakers would not listen, when it came to the TV movies. I think that is an awful shame and dulls some of the legacy of the show. Sorry, just my 2 pennies' worth.

Now I know that John, grandma, Grandpa, and a few members of the Walton’s have gone to be with the lord. But, I think that there should be a Christmas reunion that needs to be made on Dvd. Because we already have a thanksgiving reunion and Easter. But now I think there should be a Christmas reunion in the month of 2023. What do you think.
What was that ghost story that he told Elizabeth and Jim-Bob. I can’t remember. If you could remember it can you please put it on YouTube for me.
Can you please put full episodes on YouTube for me.

Have fun!
I used to watch The Waltons with my grandmother, curled up on the lounge beside her. I was her first grand daughter and we were very close.
I'm 51 now and she died when I was 16. Her funeral was my first and worst: I was so hurt and angry with her for leaving me.
Rewatching The Waltons now brings her back to me a little and I'm grateful.
TO THE ADMINS: Hey, I just found your wiki, but I wanted to let you guys know that the links are very hard to read, due to their color. Perhaps they could be darkened, or the background colors could be modified?
I do not have impaired vision, but for me to struggle to read this means they are very difficult to see.
Anyway, I like your wiki and hope to see it continue to grow.
Grandparents not mentioned here. Zeb feels guilty about the fire, too, because he fears his radio's being left too long must have overheated. He and Esther had to stay somewhere, too, but I don't recall with whom. I think a lady Grandma felt was always "making eyes" with Grandpa.
I must amend what I just wrote. Zeb was afraid it was his heater that started the fire. Family members had noticed he kept forgetting to turn it off or unplug it.
I am SO EXCITED!!! I just finished watching The Achievement and I AM SO EXCITED BECAUSE MARY ELLEN ANNOUNCED SHE IS PREGNANT!!!!!!!! YAYAYAYAYAYYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!!!!!!
